Common questions

Does this cost the venue anything?

No. No setup fees, no monthly fees, no inventory to buy. The referral royalty comes out of our share — it doesn't reduce what the artist earns.

Do we need to run a merch table?

No. Everything is print-on-demand and ships to the fan. If you want a physical presence at the show, we can print QR posters that route fans straight to the artist's store.

What if the band already has merch?

Great — SeatMerch is a complement, not a replacement. Their existing merch stays theirs. Our program adds always-on online sales, tour-wide fulfillment, and fan capture.

Who owns the artist relationship?

The artist. We're a service. But the venue that referred them earns the royalty for the full term of the agreement — that credit stays with you.

How do we get paid?

Monthly, once your balance clears $25. Payout method (ACH / check / etc.) is set in your venue dashboard.
